§ 153.020 RULES OF PROCEDURE.
   The Historic Preservation Commission shall adopt rules of procedure for the conduct of its business, and an annual report shall be prepared and submitted by January 1 of each year to the Board of Commissioners. The report shall include a comprehensive and detailed review of the activities, problems, and actions of the Commission as well as any budget request or recommendations. The Commission shall keep a record of its members’ attendance, and of its resolutions, findings, and recommendations, which record shall be a public record.
