(A) In addition to any other applicable remedy, any person or entity who willfully violates the provisions of this subchapter may be subject to temporary disconnection of service and payment of the applicable reconnect fee before service may be restored.
(B) Continued gross noncompliance may subject the violator to discontinuance of service, removal of meter, and forfeiture of all tap fees and deposits.
(C) Reconnection shall thereafter be made only upon payment of all then-current tap and other fees and deposits.
