§ 151.23 COMPLIANCE.

No structure or land shall hereafter be located, extended, converted, altered, or developed in any way without full compliance with the terms of this chapter and other applicable regulations. Any person found to be in violation of this subchapter shall be subject to the penalties as provided in UDO § 11.2.
