§ 151.20 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.

This chapter shall apply to all Special Flood Hazard Areas within the jurisdiction, including Extra-Territorial Jurisdictions (ETJs) if applicable, of the county and within the jurisdiction of any other community whose governing body agrees, by resolution, to such applicability.
