In furtherance of any requirement of this subchapter concerning approval of the Lake Norman Marine Commission, information may be obtained from: Lake Norman Marine Commission, P.O. Box 2454, Cornelius, NC 28031; and written approval executed by its duly authorized officer or agent shall be made only after consideration by the Lake Norman Marine Commission at a regular or duly called special meeting of the Commission.
