§ 150.009 REVOCATION OF CONSERVATION AGREEMENT.
   An agricultural easement entered into between a county or city and landowner shall be irrevocable for a period of ten years from the date the agreement is executed. At the end of its term, an agricultural easement shall automatically renew for a term of three years, unless notice of termination is given in a timely manner by either party as prescribed in the ordinance establishing the enhanced agricultural program. The benefits set forth in this subchapter shall be available to the farm land that is the subject of the agricultural easement for the duration of the agricultural easement.
