(A) At the time of the execution of the contract referred to above, each provider shall signify by signing the contract that the provider intends to carry out the provisions and obligations set forth in this chapter.
(B) The duly authorized officer of the provider shall sign for the provider, with appropriate signature(s) being attested to by the Secretary of the Board.
(C) The County Manager, acting under the authority of the Board of Commissioners, shall sign for the county, with his or her signature being attested to by the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners.
(D) Upon signing of this chapter and the execution of this contract, all prior agreements between parties shall become null and void.
