§ 112.15 EXECUTION OF CONTRACT.

When an ambulance service, medical first responder group, or other pre-hospital emergency medical provider has satisfactorily met all other requirements herein stated, then the provider shall execute a contract with the county to provide service in return for financial aid and/or other assistance as provided for in the contract.
