The Lincoln County Emergency Services Peer Review Committee which is appointed by the Board of Commissioners, will have the responsibility and duty of advising the Director, County Emergency Services, on matters relating to the enforcement of this chapter as specified in § 112.12 and shall develop and recommend for approval by the Board of Commissioners the standards of care, policies, procedures, and actions which will maintain and improve the quality of emergency medical services and pre-hospital care for the residents of the county.
