§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   This chapter shall be enforced by the County Sheriff. Any violation of a provision of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction as provided in G.S. § 14-4 or successor statute by a maximum fine of $500.
