§ 110.36 GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION.
   The following shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of any license issued pursuant to this subchapter:
   (A)   A conviction in a court of law for a violation of any provision of this subchapter;
   (B)   Failure to maintain the premises upon which the licensed billiard tables are located totally free of all intoxicating liquor, wine, beer, or other fermented malt beverage;
   (C)   Failure to maintain the premises upon which a licensed billiard table is located totally free of all controlled substances as defined by the North Carolina General Statutes, and totally free of other narcotic drugs;
   (D)   Violation of any provision of this subchapter;
   (E)   Failure of the licensee to perform any duty required by this subchapter;
   (F)   Failure of the licensee to maintain good order among the patrons on the premises where the billiard tables are located; and
   (G)   Suffer or permit the premises upon which the licensed billiard tables are located to become a nuisance to public health, safety, or morals.
