No license issued hereunder shall be assigned or transferred. In the event the premises where the tables are located, or the billiard tables themselves, are rented or sold by the licensee to a third party who wishes to maintain the billiard tables, the third party must apply to the Tax Supervisor for a new license or licenses to be issued in the name of the new owner of the premises or tables.
