§ 93.11 NONCONFORMITIES.
It is recognized that, as of the date of adoption of this revised chapter, a number of situations exist in which road names and/or numbering sequences do not conform to the requirements of this chapter. It is the intent of this chapter that no new nonconformities be created after the effective date of this chapter. The Ordinance Administrator shall appoint a committee of county staff to review known nonconformities in existing road names and numbering sequences and to determine what, if any, remedial action to be taken to correct or improve the nonconformities. The Ordinance Administrator shall decide whether to accept, reject, or modify any recommendation not needing action by the Board of Commissioners. For remedies needing action by the Board of Commissioners, the committee shall present its recommendations to the Board, which shall then decide whether to accepts reject, or modify the remedies.
