§ 34.091 PRECONDITIONS TO TESTING.
   The county shall contract with a Department of Health and Human Services’ certified laboratory. Samples to be tested shall be obtained at the place as set by the Fiscal Court. The county will designate a medical review officer(s) to review positive results.
