It shall be unlawful for anyone to park any vehicle in any one place on the right-of-way of any right- of-way of any street, road or alleys of the county for a period of greater than 24 hours. Any vehicle left parked in any one place on any street, road or alleys, of the county for a period longer that 24 hours shall be deemed abandoned, and shall be subject to all existing regulations of the county pertaining to abandoned motor vehicles.
