The Fiscal Court seeks to provide equal employment opportunity to all its employees and applicants for employment and to prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or because the individual is a smoker or nonsmoker. The county promotes equal opportunity in matters of hiring, training, promotion, pay, employee benefits and other conditions of employment.
