(A) The Fiscal Court hereby creates, pursuant to KRS 108.105, an ambulance service district and an ambulance service tax of $0.05 per $100 of full assessed valuation.
(B) The ambulance service district shall be countywide, and the countywide tax will be collected in the manner provided for in KRS 108.100(4) and shall be used solely for maintenance and operation of a countywide ambulance service district.
(C) (1) Pursuant to KRS 108.110, the affairs of the ambulance service district shall be operated by a Board of Directors, as set forth therein.
(2) The Board shall have the power to join other ambulance service districts as approved by the Board of Directors.
