§ 52.68 REPAIRS.
   At any time district employees are called to repair leaks or blockages in the sewer lines of the district, and it is discovered leaks or blockage is on private property, the property owner will be charged for the time used by the district and/or contractor personnel in the same manner that water users are charged for such service.
