(A) There is hereby adopted and established a schedule of service charges for the establishment, creation, change or alteration of customer accounts for the municipal waterworks and sanitary sewage collection systems. The schedule of service charges shall be as determined from time to time by the Board of County Sanitation District and a copy of the schedule of charges shall be available at the office of the at the district and Hustonville City Hall for inspection by any customer during normal office hours.
(B) The inspection fee for new connections is $100. The fee for constructing a tap is set at $500; if the tap is across a street or drive, the construction fee will be $750. All other construction will be based on the cost of time and materials plus a 20% markup.
