§ 154.006 INTERPRETATION.
   In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this chapter shall be held to be minimum requirements, adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare. Whenever the requirements of this chapter differ from the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rules, regulations, resolutions or ordinances the most restrictive, or that imposing higher standards, shall govern. Interpretation of zoning district boundaries on the legally adopted zoning maps and/or atlas shall be interpreted as set forth in § 154.007.
