§ 50.004 DELINQUENT DATE.
   The utility service bill shall be considered delinquent seven days following the due date and shall be subject to a penalty fee in the amount of $15 or up to 5% per month, or fraction thereof, not to exceed a total of 25% of the amount due, whichever is greater.
