§ 50.001 BILLINGS INCLUDED.
   (A)   UTILITY BILLING shall include all billings for Chapters 51, 52, 53 and 54 of this code of ordinances, as well as miscellaneous billings.
   (B)   These billings shall be combined on a single utility service bill. The sum of these billings shall be the principal amount owed. The utility service bill shall include any principal amount owed, as well as any penalty fees and interest fees allowed by this chapter.
