§ 36.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   If any officer, agent or manager of a telephone utility company which is subject to the provisions of § 36.001 of this chapter shall fail, neglect or refuse to make or file the annual statement of accounts provided in § 36.001(C) of this chapter, the said officer, agent, manager or person shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not more than $500; provided that, each day after said statement shall become delinquent during which the said officer, agent, manager or person shall so fail, neglect or refuse to make and file such statement shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.

   (C)   Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of § 36.002 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each day of the offense. Further, the town may impose and record such liens against the property and/or taxpayer as allowed by the laws of the state.
