§ 33.001 AUTHORITY FOR ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATIONS.
   The Limon Ambulance Service shall operate as a department of the town under the supervision of the Town Manager. As such, the Limon Ambulance Service shall adhere to all policies established for other town departments. Additionally, policies specifically applicable to the operation of the ambulance service shall be approved by the town’s Board of Trustees by resolution.
