§ 32.042 VACANCIES.
   Vacancies occurring otherwise than through the expiration of a term shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term by the Board of Trustees in the case of members selected or appointed by him or her, by the Board of Trustees in the case of the Trustee member selected by it.
