§ 32.025 SALE OF LOTS.
   The Town Clerk shall sell or cause to be sold lots or a lot to any person applying for the purchase of the same. The town’s Board of Trustees shall have the authority to set the cost for said lots by resolution as well as to determine the percentage of the sale that will go to the General Fund for cemetery use and the percentage of the sale that shall be deposited in the Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
