§ 32.024 PERPETUAL CARE.
   The town’s Board of Trustees shall designate specific sources of revenue to be placed in a Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund to be kept separate and apart from any other moneys of the town. The Board of Trustees of the cemetery shall determine how these funds shall be allocated and included in a capital improvements plan.
