§ 32.003 FINANCE.
   The Board of Trustees of the town shall annually approve a budget for the operation of the library within the General Fund. The Library Department shall adhere to the same policies applicable to other departments within the town concerning financial transactions and operations. The Board members of the library shall recommend appropriate expenditures of funds which are donated to the library or which are generated through typical operations of the library which are approved by the town’s Board of Trustees.
