At least one copy of each code adopted herein by reference, all certified to be true copies by the Mayor and the Clerk of the town, have been filed in the office of the clerk at least 15 days preceding the hearing hereon and shall be kept there for public inspection while this code is in force. Said copies may be inspected by interested persons between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The codes as finally adopted shall be available for sale to the public through the office of the Town Clerk at a moderate price. After the adoption of this chapter, and the codes herein stated by reference, the copy of said codes may be kept in the office of the Building Department instead of in the office of the Town Clerk.
