§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to allow, erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy, maintain or allow any building or structure or cause or permit the same to exist or to be done in violation of the terms of this chapter. Those persons or entities in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a minimum fine of $150 and a maximum of $500 for each violation of this chapter, and for each day that the property is in violation with the provisions of this chapter.
