§ 31.060 APPOINTMENT.
   The office of Town Clerk and Town Treasurer shall be filled by the same person until such time as the code or ordinances may be amended by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall appoint the Clerk/Treasurer at the first meeting following a regular municipal election or at such time the need to fill a vacancy may exist.
