§ 110.002 STORAGE OR SALE IN RECREATION AREAS OR BUILDINGS.
   The storage, sale or consumption of any malt, vinous or spirituous liquors, as defined by the state’s Liquor Code, being C.R.S. §§ 44-3-101 et seq., is prohibited in any recreation area or recreation building within the town, except as specifically provided herein or may as may be authorized pursuant to a special event permit issued by the town in accordance with C.R.S. Title 44, Art. 5. The consumption and/or storage of fermented malt beverages is permitted in any recreation area within the town as long as, and only so long as, such fermented malt beverage has been purchased in a manner authorized, and is being consumed by persons permitted, by applicable state law. It shall be unlawful to sell any fermented malt beverage within any recreation area within the town unless such sales are made in accordance with the state’s Beer Code, being C.R.S. §§ 44-4-101 et seq.
