§ 110.001 APPLICATION TO SELL; FEES.
   (A)   Pursuant to C.R.S. § 44-3-505, as amended, each application for a license to sell fermented malt beverages under the state’s Liquor Code, being C.R.S. §§ 44-3-101 et seq., and state’s liquor rules, as amended, filed with the town, shall be accompanied by a non-reimbursable application fee payable to the town in the following amount:
      (1)   For a new license: $350;
      (2)   For a transfer of location of ownership of a license: $150; and
      (3)   For a renewal of a license: $50.

   (B)   Pursuant to C.R.S. § 44-3-201, as amended, each application for a license to sell alcoholic liquors under the state’s Liquor Code, C.R.S. §§ 44-3-101 et seq., as amended, filed with the town shall be accompanied by a non-reimbursable application fee payable to the town in the following amount:
      (1)   For a new license: $350;
      (2)   For a transfer of location or ownership of a license: $150; and
      (3)   For the renewal of a license: $50.

   (C)   The Town Clerk is hereby empowered and directed to collect said application fee at the time any such license application is presented for filing. Any such license application not accompanied by the correct application fee shall not be accepted for filing.
