Any person found to have violated the terms of this chapter shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $500 per occurrence. In addition, the Municipal Court Judge may require restitution and costs from the violator in an amount sufficient to cover any damage or injury caused by the unauthorized use, sale or possession of fireworks or permitted fireworks.
