§ 97.003 PERMITTED DISPLAY AND USE.
   As allowed by state statute, the town or its authorized agent or agents, is authorized to store and use fireworks at scheduled public events, including, but not limited to, Independence Day celebrations, and to adopt such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary for the safety of the citizens and property. Further, the town, retains the power to grant non-transferable and non-assignable permits within the town limits for the use and display of fireworks by any person, fair association, amusement park or other similar organizations or groups; provided that, such person or entity complies with any and all reasonable rules and regulations that may be imposed by the town as a condition for the granting of such permit.
