§ 31.002 LEGAL HOLIDAYS; EMERGENCIES.
   (A)   Legal holiday; Town Hall to observe. Legal holidays shall be identified in the Personnel Handbook of the town as approved by resolution of the Board of Trustees.

   (B)   Emergency. The Mayor is hereby empowered to declare an emergency, in which event any of the holidays enumerated above may be discontinued for the duration of the emergency.
