§ 31.001 SALARIES.
   (A)   The officials and employees designated herein shall receive the monthly salaries indicated:

   (B)   All wages and salaries shall be paid pursuant to the Personnel Policy of the town. Deductions, as provided by law and the Personnel Policy of the town, shall be made, including, but not limited to, for pension funds, Social Security, withholding or income tax, insurance.
