§ 10.001 TITLE AND SCOPE.
   This code shall be known as “The Municipal Code of the Town of Limon, Colorado”, and may be cited by that term or by the term “municipal code” or “code of ordinances” and shall be treated and considered as a new and comprehensive ordinance. This code shall supersede all ordinances heretofore enacted and shall repeal all ordinances, or part of ordinances in conflict with the provisions hereinafter contained.
