No golf car or UTV shall be operated on any town roadway without first being registered with the Police Department on such form and with such information as shall be determined by the Chief of Police. Upon registration, an affixed registration sticker shall be attached. Such registrations shall be renewed annually in April and are valid until April 30 of the following year. The registration fee shall be $125 and may be adjusted in the future by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
