§ 72.003 RESTRICTED OPERATION.
   The following restrictions shall apply to the operation of golf cars and UTVs within the town.
   (A)   No golf car shall be operated by any person under the age of 16 years.
   (B)   No UTVs shall be operated by any person unless such person has been issued and possesses a current valid driver’s license.
   (C)   Golf cars and UTVs shall only be operated on designated roadways with a speed limit equal to or less than 35 mph and in accordance with maps available at the town’s Police Department at the time of registration.
   (D)   No golf cars or UTVs shall be operated on sidewalk or pedestrian trails
   (E)   The number of passengers shall be limited to the number of seals, in accordance with the design of the vehicle.
   (F)   No golf car or UTVs shall be operated between sunset and sunrise, or at any other time when due to insufficient light, unless the golf car or UTV is equipped and illuminated with head lamps, tail lamps and turn signals.
   (G)   Every golf car and UTV shall possess insurance consistent with motor vehicle insurance limits required by state law, as amended from time to time.
   (H)   Every golf car operated on any town roadway shall display a slow-moving vehicle emblem or reflective flag projecting within 12 inches from the top of the golf car.
   (I)   The operator of shall obey all parking and traffic regulations that are applicable to motor vehicles that have been adopted by the town.
