§ 30.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 30.025 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not less than $100 and not to exceed $500.
