§ 30.023 QUORUM.
   A majority of the current Board of Trustees shall constitute a quorum to do business, but no ordinance or resolution shall be passed, except upon the favorable vote of a majority of the Trustees present at the meeting where the ordinance or resolution was considered, except as otherwise required by statute.
