§ 30.018 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   The order of business of the Board of Trustees of the town shall be as follows:

   (A)   Roll call;

   (B)   Pledge of allegiance;

   (C)   Approval of minutes of the preceding meeting;

   (D)   Citizen input opportunity;

   (E)   Communications, proclamations, resolutions, ordinances and other business;

   (F)   Reports of administration;

   (G)   Reports of Mayor and Trustees; and

   (H)   Consideration of the bills.
