(A) (1) The Town Board shall hold its regular meetings in the Town Hall on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The meeting place of said Board shall be at the Town Hall, unless ordered by the Board of Trustees to be held at another place.
(2) Special meetings may be called by the Mayor of the town or any three Trustees upon requirements defined in the state revised statutes.
(B) Notice of all regular and special meetings shall comply with requirements defined in the state revised statutes.
