Construction of a building or facility to be served by a wastewater connection shall be commenced within one year from the date of payment of connection charges or issuance of a permit, and such construction shall be pursued to completion without suspension or abandonment, as set out in the Uniform Building Code under “Building Permits”, § 302(d). Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in cancellation of the permit and forfeiture of any plant investment fees paid.
