§ 53.007 DISCLOSURE; AVAILABILITY TO PUBLIC.
   Except as otherwise provided in this code, all records, reports, data or other information supplied by any person as a result of any disclosure required by this code shall be available for public inspection and in compliance with the town’s open records policy.
