Any reference in this code to the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH or THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT shall mean the Department of Health of the county. Any reference in this code to the HEALTH OFFICER shall mean the Health Officer of the Department of Health of the county, or his or her designated representative.
