The Town Clerk, in addition to any other remedy provided in this code or allowed by state statute, may cause any or all delinquent municipal charges or assessments, including water, waste water, trash and any other delinquent municipal charge or service made or levied, to be certified to the Treasurer of the county to be collected and paid over by the Treasurer to the town in the same manner as taxes are authorized to be collected by state statute.
