§ 51.051 ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS.
   Any refuse collection site to be designated as a town collection site shall meet the following requirements.
   (A)   The proposed site shall meet and comply with the zoning regulations applicable thereto.
   (B)   The site shall have been approved and comply with the rules and regulations adopted by the town.
   (C)   The plans and specifications of said site must be submitted to and approved by the Town Manager.
