For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DISPOSAL. The processing of solid wastes by providing a point of collection or accumulation, recycling, composting, grinding or any other equivalent sanitary method.
REFUSE COLLECTION SITE. Any location designated by the Board of Trustees or the Town Manager where any approved final accumulation, processing or depository of solid wastes and recyclables occurs.
